1. Controller

Sokom S.r.l., with registered office at Via Camporcioni Est 18, int. 1-2-3, 51019 Ponte Buggianese (PT), VAT number 01798020473, certified email (PEC) sokom@pec.it. Data protection officer: dpo@sokom.it.

2. Tools used

The PitStop platform (pitstop.interporti.it, the "Platform") uses exclusively technical cookies and similar tools, necessary for the operation of the service or for storing preferences expressed by the user. No profiling, marketing or statistical analysis cookies are used, nor third-party tracking tools.

Pursuant to Article 122(1) of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Italian Privacy Code), the use of such tools does not require the consent of the data subject; for this reason the Platform does not display a banner for the collection of consent.

The lang and tema cookies are set only following the user's choice of language or theme. The token is stored at login and removed at logout.

3. Third-party resources

The pages of the Platform load resources from a single third party. This party does not set cookies and does not receive account data, but it acquires the IP address of the device, as occurs with any web request.

4. Management by the user

The user may delete cookies and local storage data through the browser settings. In that case the language and theme preferences are no longer available and it is necessary to authenticate again; the Platform nonetheless remains usable. Blocking technical cookies entirely prevents the session from being maintained in the management panels.

5. Changes

Should tools other than technical ones be introduced, this cookie policy will be updated and the user will be asked to give consent before their activation.

For other processing of personal data, reference is made to the privacy notice of the Platform.
